Waldemar "Major" Fydrych is a famous Polish artist known for his iconic dwarf images. He is considered to be one of the worldâ€™s foremost representatives of Surrealism.
His dwarf graffiti is featured in Brad Fingerâ€™s book "Surrealism - 50 Works of Art You Should Know" published in 2013 by PRESTEL Publishing along with works of such great artists as Artaud, Duchamp, BuĂ±uel, Dali and Picasso. He is also worldwide known as the founder and chief ideologist of the legendary artistic and opposition movement called the Orange Alternative with roots in Dada and Surrealism.
